Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Got Game Shop clothing is a growing company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at big box stores.

Return Policies for returns:

You will be eligible for a refund only if the product is defective in some way.

  • All returns and exchanges must be new and unused or prove defective

  • In store returns or exchanges will be offered a store credit for the lowest selling price or offered
  • Online orders returned by mail or taken to a tournament site for a refund or exchange can be issued if there’s some defect with the product.
  • Returns can be honored with an even exchange.

What can't be returned:

  • Items described as "Final Sale" or “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
  • Personalized items may not be returned unless the item is damaged and you have contacted us at kim@jubileescreenprint.com first in order to work out details.

 What can be returned:

  • Any items not outlined in the "What can't be returned" section above are eligible for refund or exchange if returned to us at a Tournament site.
  • Items that need to be exchanged for a different size

 Return shipping charges information:

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
  • Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
  • Returns on orders that will be subject to a reduction in refund or store credit in the amount of $8.25 ground.

Exchanges Policies (US Only)


If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrong size for you, please contact our Customer Service team at a softball tournament or contact Kim at Jubilee 910-673-4240 or by EMAIL kim@jubileescreenprint.com and we will gladly replace any applicable items!

What can be exchanged:

  • Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to USA.
  • We offer exchanges for new unused clothing.
  • Exchanges are allowed for size and/or color only. Simply talk to the Customer Service personal at a tournament site to discuss your size and/or color you require
  • If your requested size and/or color is out of stock. You will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy.

 What can't be exchanged:

  • Items described as "Final Sale" or “Yardsale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

 Exchanges shipping charges information:

  • Exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping unless the original item shipped out is damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to the customer.

 Exchanges Process:

Just follow the steps below for an easy exchange! Also note, online purchases may not be returned at any brick and mortar store. However if you would like to exchange an eligible item at a tournament site only.

 ·  Applicable Law. By placing an order, you represent that the products or services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and as intended by such manufacturer. The Site is not intended to subject Got Game Shop to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States, and We do not represent or warrant that the Site or any part thereof is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction besides the United States. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and/or sale of any product or service purchased via the Site. 

Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser, as long as such shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. All purchases from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
